Fixed my very old bike on short notice. Evan is passionate about biking and athleticism as well.

Evan helped this «newbie» who was just «looking» in making a purchasing decision. Wisest part was Evan putting me on a Norco Indie 2 and letting me ride it in the Parking lot.
What a fabulous upgrade from my old and heavy Mongoose (el cheapo). The best part was that the Norco was a perfect start for my new bicycling hobby to get fit and enjoy local paved riding areas. I am sending my wife over today to have Evan get her fitted for a bike also. Thanks for the superior service Evan!
As for KC M who «felt» ignored, I am not sure that you didn’t try much to initiate any conversation with Evan. He let me browse the shop without trying to «sell» me anything, but when I initiated the conversation into looking at future buying, Evan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and listened well to what I wanted since I am not very well versed on bicycling.
I am VERY pleased with my buying decision because Evan helped educate me.
