I support a dept in a local university and we were having printer issues. I called my contacts at Cartridge World and they recommended Second Chance Solutions, Inc. for laser printer repair service. Mind you, I was calling to get a price estimate and set up a service call. The gentleman said, «Well tell me what’s going on.» I described the problem and he gave me a few steps to try. He said if those don’t work, call back. One of them worked! As a consumer, I can really appreciate someone who’s willing to offer you help at no charge first! If I have further issues (that require work), this company will get the first call.
