My family and I have been going to this location for the past few years, and have found the staff to be tremendously helpful(especially Mandy, the office manager). Somehow, year over year Mandy seems to remember us, details about our jobs, hobbies, etc. and it feels incredibly welcoming. Her and other staff members look for every discount, rebate, or other means to help drive down the cost. They understand the various types of insurance and let us know what to expect. Dr. Curry has always been patient and professional, and I can’t imagine taking my family anywhere else for our eye care needs. I see in Bruce’s review he had an opposite experience. Having been to this location for years, I can only imagine Bruce may have caught everyone on a bad day.

I dont know what happened, but Clarkson, at least this location has really gone downhill. There has been staff turnover and a new doctor. I have witnessed staff/doctor hostility and drama during my visit. I dont want to see this at a medical professional office. I also have totally lost trust in these people, as when I recently ordered contacts, they could not tell me with confidence what brand I wore, and even was unaware that I only wore 1 contact in my right eye. Wow. My vision is too important to me to trust to these people. This office needs to be closed, or wiped clean and start over. Im done with this group.
