Beware!!! They been deliver to my address more than dozen times in the past and TODAY i call to order an usual stuff and they denied to deliver. They explain to me that im out of their 3 miles radius but last time i check on google map, im only 1.9miles away from their store. Very POOR customer service.

Love Jimmy Johns and order from there weekly, sometimes more than once a week. This locations staff leaves a lot to be desired though. My husband and I have called a few times and the staff was rude. Even lied about a soda type just to get off the phone fast because they were busy. I will think twice about ordering again just because of the poor customer service offered. We all have bad days dude-don’t take it out on a paying customer! And then deliver the wrong thing!

1 stars for poor customer service from one bad apple-send him back to training!

I really enjoy fresh sandwiches. I really love that Jimmy John’s keeps it simple. My favorite thing to get here is the Turkey Tom. They also have the option for a lettuce wrap. The food is fresh and made right in front of you, and it really is freaky fast! This particular location is very well kept. The employees are all friendly here too.
To me this place is leaps and bounds better than subway (especially the sketchy wentzville location!) The only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars was because they stopped serving sprouts. I loved those sprouts!
