Came here after working cows all day and getting kicked in the knee by a horse. (I was not looking my best and felt like I was treated according to the way I looked) The waiting room was empty and the receptionist seemed annoyed that we were there. She first told us that there was only a Nurse Practitioner and we would not get pain medicine. (we were not asking for any). She then told us we could expect to be there a long time and in the waiting room for an hour. We considered leaving but figured by the time we went to another Urgent Care it would be just as long. They did an xray of my knee and the Nurse Practitioner (who was very nice) told me that it looked good. She pointed to my fibula and said «your radius looks fine.» Maybe it was a slip up or maybe she does not know her anatomy. Overall not a great experience.

Very pleased with the care received at our urgent care! Would definitely recommend to all my family and friends if they ever need a visit to an urgent care! As a healthcare provider myself I pay attention the the small details and when it comes down to it they have got it right! The staff was lovely and the doctors were very helpful and informative. I could not have received better care!

Went in with an upper respiratory infection because my primary physician was booked up. No big deal, I’m prone to them and know the symptoms. I told the nurse who took me back about my symptoms, and she seemed to not really listen. Waited on the doc for about 15 minutes, and once I saw him, his immediate diagnosis was flu. He completely disregarded me when I told him that I had been in close contact with two strep infected people in the last two weeks and that my throat was inflamed, and my mucus was green. He insisted on a flu swab, which came back negative. He ultimately gave me antibiotics, and… a prescription for Tamiflu! Even though I did not have the flu! This doc was so flu fixated that he didn’t pay any attention to what I was saying at all, was proven wrong, and yet prescribed me a medication that was unnecessary.

My visit took place mo tha ago, so changes may have occurred.
I simply did not feel the staff was fully competent. The receptionist/​insurance person and the person who took my vitals both seemed amateurish and lacking professionalism. The nurse (?) couldn’t seem to understand my symptoms and passed some judgement.
The doctor seemed legitimate, but dispassionate or blasé about his work.
I was the only person in the waiting room, and I had made an online appointment ahead of time. Upon arrival, I was told the online appointment times aren’t real and they don’t even receive them. I offered to show them the confirmation email so that they could maybe fix the system, but was told it simply wouldn’t make a difference, especially since there was no wait. The wait was rather long. (45 min in waiting room)

Not a great place at all, filthy floors and the workers were rude. They actually told a man who wanted to get his arm xrayed and they told him to ice it and come back tomorrow, really!
Would not re recommend this place at all!

We went here while visiting the area because my girlfriend had a bad ear infection and needed to get looked at asap. The receptionists were very nice and helpful when completing the paperwork. We ended up waiting a while to be seen but that is to be expected when visiting a place like this on the weekend. The office was clean and well-​kept. It didn’t appear as neat and clean as a typical, private doctor’s office but it wasn’t dirty by any means. After they took her back and got her the prescriptions she needed, we were on our way. Overall, it was a good experience and we would come back here again if the situation arose. I would recommend this place if you or your family members come down with an ailment that needs to be seen outside of your primary physician’s office hours.
