HORRIBLE experience. I’d highly advise you that if you need transmission work done that you look elsewhere. They lied multiple times to me and their stories from employee to employee did not match. I paid $ 2400 to have my 07 Dodge Ram transmission completely rebuilt only to find out that they just replaced it with an un-​rebuilt junk transmission from an 05 Durango! The installer even signed and dated the transmission with a yellow paint pen and the owner didn’t know that and said it was like that before I brought it in! They didn’t check each other’s lies. It’s been back in their shop FOUR ADDITIONAL times just over the summer for a leak and it didn’t leak before they «worked» on it. Their one fix was to take a chisel to the oil pan to stop the leak!!! When i simply asked about the 05 Durango the installer wrote on the transmission, i was sworn at multiple times I have never encountered customer service like that it my life… There is a possible lawsuit pending since part of the bill was paid by the warranty company. Do yourself a HUGE favor and seriously look elsewhere…
