Weslaco Animal Clinic

Though I haven’t actually been here, I have called twice to set up an appointment and both times the man who answers the phone has been so rude! In fact, I just called and said, «Hi, I’d like to set up an appointment.» To which the man responds, «ummm you’re going to have to call back after two cuz we’re out to lunch.» Why even answer during lunch?! Also, if you’re a small business trying to grow, customer service is so important to the success of your company. How hard would it be to say, «Okay ma’am we are not at the office but I will gladly call you back when we return.» I was so excited about a new vet clinic in Weslaco, but I simply cannot stand such poor customer service. After two failed attempts at setting up an appointment, I will continue to take my pets to Border Animal Hospital.

Dr. Jessica Ruiz is great! She is a very friendly person that truly loves animals. She takes the time to get to know you and your pet and seems genuinely concerned about your pets health. I highly recommend her to all my friends with pets.
