I’m glad they’re not rude, but they really don’t get workflow. My md called in an rx 30 minutes ago, I called the store twice n they said they never received an rx. I went to my dr office and they said they did call it in and called this cvs to get a name of the person they spoke to. Now I’m here at cvs and it’s still not typed :/wompp… I’m pretty sure me waiting in the waiting area won’t help, they’ll prob forget to call out the waiters like they did a month ago with a relative of mine. The staff seems nice, but cvs has pre entry and expediting to rmr who the waiters are and to never forget a call in rx. And it’s for tooth pain soo it should have been shown a little more attention. smh…

Very high volume pharmacy. I feel bad for the staff. I have had a couple of communication issues(on my Docs side) and the pharmacy is patient in explaining steps that need to be taken to resolve issues. There are times when I think they could have done some of the leg work, but think they don’t because of volume. Overall, nice staff, good location and consistent with what you would expect from the CVS brand.

Extremely busy pharmacy and at times the wait is horrendous, but everyone on the pharmacy staff has been super helpful. We no longer live close to this location, but I drive the distance because the Lead Pharmacist Chris Laird goes the extra mile to take care of my family.

Well it looks nice enough. Very spacious, huge selection and easy to find things. Problem was the cashier was nowhere to be found. Now it was around midnight, so maybe this is normal… but I did have to go looking for her.
