My go-to place for a nice protein drink. I usually order the Chunky Monkey with Whey Protein and it is really good! Have yet to try their food, therefore, I cannot say/review anything on that department. Conveniently located right across from Barnes & Noble. Parking is a breeze.

The worst turkey wrap I ever ate, or attempted to eat! I ordered the turkey, bacon, avocado wrap. The turkey is thick cubed strips with gnarly fat and cartilage. The bacon is not real bacon but some sort of ham spam. It was served hot(who knew), so the ranch dressing and avocado made the wrap soggy and impossible to pick up. Ohhh, and the size of it rolled up is about as big as a hot dog… for $ 7! What!!! Never again. Next wrap will be from Publix.

This little café has great options for vegans and vegetarians. Every time I come to Wesley Chapel I stop here. Make sure to sign up for their Perka rewards program, they give free wraps, paninis, smoothies, and juices without you having to spend a fortune. My favorite thing to get is a Portobello Mushroom wrap with added gardein(vegan«chicken») and no cheese! It’s really filling. The staff is really nice and accommodating. They even have the option of gluten free bread. It’s a great place!

Great place! Love the kale storm ! Every time I am sick the kale storm is my fix! Little pricey but well worth it especially when they make your drink right on the spot from fresh veggies

Food it always good. But on our last visit, terribly slow service. Almost to the point where I was going to ask for my money back. The staff just didn’t seem to have much urgency. I’ll likely go again, but not if the service is this slow. Great food guys, just bring up your service level and you’ll create raving fans.

This makes healthy food a joy to eat. I have tried their turkey panini, beet root juice, and quinoa salad. Highly recommended.

Great place to get a quick healthy bite. I have been here at least 10 times and always like trying one of their daily soups, very good! They have a 4 bean quinoa salad and that is also tasty. Besides that, their wraps have been yummy and always fresh tasting.

They have great smoothies and juices. Try the green giant. All of the staff has always been very friendly and I appreciate the opportunities to eat a healthy meal or snack while shopping.

Love being able to get a quick healthy meal here! Only reason for not giving them 5 stars is that all their smoothies are made with sorbet and frozen yogurt. I’d love one with Greek yogurt to save the amount of sugar.

Fresh Healthy Café– you are a winner. This place is found in Wiregrass Mall– across the street from the Barnes & Noble. It was a quiet morning and we wanted some to help cleanse out the fat laden food we had eaten earlier on our trip to Tampa. Enter FHC… We had two smoothies– both of which were blended nicely and balanced perfectly with the fruits and veggies that were predetermined to go well with another. I a mixed berry smoothie while the lady had one orange, pineapple, and kale. Yes, you read that right, kale. I also had a shot of wheatgrass which was an experience all on its own. I actually felt like I was levitating– like David Blaine or something. It powered through me. Pretty cool. The workers on that day could have been a little more sociable but hey, I’ve just come to expect excellent and friendly service in Tampa. Remember, I’m from Philadelphia where attitude and a feeling of entitlement from the servers is the norm. Will we be back– Touché!

Excellent staff, and actually has fresh AND healthy food! No crazy additives or drenched in dressing wraps/salads. I love their vegetarian options, it is great to see a place that really cares about the food they are selling and you can tell — the staff is amazing!

My absolute favorite place to go for lunch! Very small«café» located across from Barnes & Noble next to JCPenney in the Wiregrass Mall, serving healthy fare such as smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, and soup. The service is excellent, and they have quite the variety of food options for such a small place. They have a lunch rush even on days the mall seems dead. Only downside to that is the wait, parking situation, and of course the limited amount of seating. Some people complain that it’s expensive, but you can get a soup/wrap combo for under $ 10, and I’ve frequently split that with someone else and it’s filling enough. Comparatively, it’s no more expensive than nearby Moe’s. The chicken poblano soup is to die for! So delicious. None of the wraps I’ve had have been bad. They even offer a children’s menu with peanut butter and jelly as one of the choices(and the kids gave it a thumbs up). The kid’s meal also comes with a smoothie for a fairly reasonable price(about $ 5). The quinoa salad you can get with one of the combos is also delicious and very different! This small business is doing things right. :)

Love this place for a quick healthy lunch. The smoothies are excellent and the sandwiches are small but tasty. The Quinoa salad is to die for! There is always a line when I come, but it is worth it. Only three tables inside and three outside so be prepared to take it to go or hope to get a table.

Set just across the street from Barnes and Noble, this Canadian chain of quick-service vegetarian-friendly shops seems to be doing well at Wiregrass. It’s cheap; the priciest item on the menu is a combo featuring a full-sized salad, wrap, or sandwich PLUS a smoothie, and even that will only run you $ 9.99. We customized our order very easily and loved the Chunky Monkey with strawberries instead of the peanut butter(she’s allergic). There isn’t much seating, but probably enough for most times of the day, and bathrooms are across the street in the bookstore(or elsewhere at the mall). I’d come here again if I was already at Wiregrass, but I’m not sure if I’d brave the evening parking madhouse just to have a smoothie, no matter how tasty.
