Zero star for their service department. After reviewing many negative reviews about this place on the Internet, I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. After waiting 2 hours in their«express lane» for just a simple oil change I was told it took long because the guy had the filter slipped off his hands which spelled oil over my engine and bottom tray while filling new oil taking time to clean it. Ok. Never happened for my 03 accord, but I mean mistakes happen, but I would only accept this in change of a discount which I was initially denied. Had to ask for their manager and got a Jason. He told me a different version for what happened and that it was my vehicle’s hood hinges that were weak and resulted in the hood falling on the tech’s hand while filling oil. I challenged this manager and proved him wrong by walking with him to my vehicle and having the hood open and standing in place just fine, even when shaking the whole vehicle! He ended up partially discounting the already overpriced charge for the crappy oil change service. Bottom line: avoid this place if you care for your serviced vehicle.

This is a love letter to Honda of Wesley Chapel. I had just bought a new-to-me used car elsewhere, and was driving on I-75, when the plastic bib under the engine came loose. I limped to the Honda dealer, and pulled up in their express lane. The gentleman at the service desk took the car back immediately, and 15 minutes later, the car emerged, stapled up and washed. I asked how much I owed, and they said nothing. Pretty amazing experience considering my treatment at other dealerships! Thanks, Honda of Wesley Chapel!

Fairly decent service and accommodating. My wife just bought a used Honda Fit and the Honda folks here were OK. One thing we didn’t necessarily care for was that they sent the car we were going to buy to auction. When we went to get in the car to take it home after all of the paperwork had been finalized we noticed that the floor mats that were once there were there no more. They said they would order us non-Honda emblemed mats. Oh well. I would shop here again. Maybe when I need a car.
