Beware before having your bike service at this dealership. The make promises and can’t deliver. They had more excuses why work was completed when they promised. My bike was in for smoke and heat damage due to a fire in my garage. They were to replace the saddle bags — they only replaced one. However, the one they did replaced wasn’t new — it was used. Now that I have paid my bill, you can’t get anyone to call you back (Service Manager or General Manager). Had to write a letter to owner. If unable to get satisfaction from him, the next step will be small claims court.
