Bought 2 nightstands and 1 dresser. They gave me an estimate of 3 – 4 weeks delivery. It took them 6 to deliver the nightstands, which came broken and had to be returned. The final delivery was going to be almost two months after the purchase.
No one ever called me to say anything, I called them every time to know about it. I have asked for a refund and after two days the money is not back on my account. Notice, that although all the delivery, they charged my credit card for the amounts way before the supposed delivery date.
Terrible experience in buying from them.

Excellent! We are always impressed with this Pottery Barn. We have learned this is the preferred local store over Hyde Park and Tampa and Millenia Mall in Orlando. GO TO THIS ONE!
This store has excellent service. They are always genuinely happy and enthused to assist and find the best item for you.
We will drive out of our way to shop at this store instead of others.

Always love my pottery barn and their products and set ups. It’s at a great location at the Wiregrass mall away from people traffic. You’re in another world when you step in.
