My husband took me here to get a pair of loafers since mine needed replacing. As we walked in we were greeted as there were no other customers around. I know we walked in later than we expected into the store around 8:30pm when they were closing at 9:00pm. Soon other customers walked in and we were ignored, but about 10 minutes until 9pm, a sales associate got really close to us to tell us that they were closing in 5 minutes and the registers would be shut down. Don’t get me wrong, I work retail and I know how frustrating it can be, but there were like 5 employee roaming around and none asked us if I needed help anyways. I gave them 3 stars because the checkout girl was very nice and had a good attitude even when I asked her to order me some shoes for my son because they were out of his size in the store. I have since received my order (very promptly too).
