I’ve been coming to this particular location for the last four years… It totally sucks that there are no real coffee shops in this area, but since living here… I’ve met the most incredible people… and still do! I come here, not just for the coffee, I mainly come here for the people! I even tell my clients that of they want to meet quality people and staff… here’s the place… a true gem.
I absolutely love veteran staff MITCHELL!!! He’s purely beautiful and extremely INTELLIGENT. When I think of Starbucks, I think of awesome people like him. I even met that special someone whom I made immortal in my eyes and soul… he may not know it, but its fine by me. This is my study spot. My people meeting spot. Rare findings have happened here for me.

1 798 044 was really rude, no personality at all. Yea coffee is coffee at any Starbucks but Baristas are what make you or break you! Your job may not define you but you never know what opportunities can come from one interaction with a customer.

Great service always and long lines. Great for them. Another location on 54 is badly needed.

I love reading down my tips here because it’s a good log of the different drinks I have had here. I often come here and try something different, and I seem to like most of the drinks. I also come whenever there is a special, or also more often at Christmas time for holiday drinks or gift cards.
They are fast, efficient and friendly. I find the outside area more comfy than the inside. The inside is smaller than many other Starbucks, but it does serve it’s purpose if getting refreshed and caffeinated. Wish I had one closer to me, but at least this is conveniently located next to other stores I like to shop at.

I come here A LOT! I have had a range of experiences, most of which were excellent.
Every now and then I encounter a lazy employee or one who seems to never even acknowledge me during the transaction besides to take my money.
More often than not the employees are attentive and make sure my drink is made correctly along with being polite to everyone even though the place is slammed.
Do give yourself extra time during peak hours (morn, lunch, and dinner rush) as this is the only Starbucks for miles if going north.

In my previous review I gave this place a low score. Yet they have completely revamped this place up. They actually are no longer the «Key West Pink Flamingo Club» meaning they only use to hire Dudes, finally they have a co-​ed staff. The staff is pretty friendly and the vibe is good. Much better than before. I enjoy this location better than the one near the Muvico because it has a drive through and has less traffic. They make good drinks and when I get good service I always tip. Great Improvements!!!

I’ve always had good experiences at this Starbucks. On one occasion, I did not like the drink I received and they offered to replace it. The staff is average and it’s always busy, but there aren’t many coffee shops in the area so this should be expected. The drive-​thru does move pretty quickly for the most part though. There’s plenty of seating available inside and out, so you can always find a table. Great place when you’re in need of a little pick-​me-​up!

Had a really nasty latte today. I think they forgot to add the expresso. It was all milk with vanilla syrup. No coffee taste to it.

Pretty average Starbucks! Nothing specially however they do have a really fast turnover time considering the number of customers they get including drive through pretty efficient system.

I’ve been a frequent customer since they opened and I have yet to have a bad experience! GREAT customer service! :)

Very friendly staff at the drive through! Drinks are made quickly but taste great. Love their white chocolates mochas for a treat but their regular iced coffees are also delicious. I wish all Starbucks had a drive through!

Friendly staff and very efficient! It’s always nice to be greeted by a genuine smile and warm welcome… and I truly felt that when I walked through the door. Very clean and very well maintained store. The baristas were quick on the feet to get the orders out, which is always an accomplishment.

For you coffee lovers, try one of the flavored syrups and you won’t have to add additional sugar. Quick getting through the line even though it was long.

Great crew who know their regulars by name and what they want when they come through the door. And there are plenty of regulars! The coffee is better than any other Sbux you’ll find around.

This location is quick and decent. However it’s always busy inside. There’s seating available outside too on a nice day.

This is «my» Sbux. It’s busy all of the time so the drive thru can take For​.Ev​.Er.
I have never had a poor customer service experience besides the wait and I’m hear nearly every day.

This location is good … But the employee turn over is fairly high … Which causes my drink order to come out wrong. I normally get green tea frap with skim milk … One classic pump and no whip… for some reason my last two had coffee bean grinds in it … Not a happy camper sine they increased prices … But I love studying here.

They are quick and friendly. My americano came out piping hot! I am kind of a wuss, I may have to ask for it a bit cooler.
I did notice the flies others are talking about, but I also noticed they have a drive thru that is constantly busy so that window is always open.
There is plenty of seating and the majority of people in there were studying so it’s a considerate crowd, not very loud.
