TCBY

This is the biggest TCBY location I’ve ever been in. Most are usually small, narrow, mall-​type locations but this one is a free-​standing building with indoor seating, outdoor seating and a drive-​thru! Inside there are 5 – 6 tables and benches. Outside is a large patio for nice days. The buffet area was nice and clean, and it included some toppings you don’t see at every location (crushed Kit Kats or Twix bars anyone???). Service was fine, nothing spectacular but the place wasn’t very busy either. Overall a nice place for a family outing.

Great place to take the kids for a snack! My children love the fact that they get to make their own bowls.

This is probably my favorite frozen yogurt joint around. I haven’t tried sweetfrog yet though. I have to say though that all the ice cream joints are going under and now we are flood with froyo. They make good parfaits and blizzard competitors here.

I haven’t been to a TCBY in ages but they have been popping up all over the place lately thanks to the big fro yo craze going on. My friend suggested going here to cool off and I wasn’t too stoked. Don’t get me wrong, I love fro yo but I thought TCBY still had their set sizes and portions which I am not a huge fan of since most of the time I just want a little taste. Au contraire! Apparently, they have followed the pack and are now self serve — woo hoo! They have an array of fruity, tart and rich flavors and have some different ones like cotton candy, which is a neon blue. I love when my food is neon colored! Their toppings also rock-​they have a few fruit options and lots of sweet options such as chocolate covered raspberries — AMAZING! I don’t even like chocolate and raspberry together but would pay for a bowl of that alone. Add that to the modern décor and this is a neat, little fro yo joint down south. Their hours look great as well – open to 10pm or 11pm most nights.
