Lee and Johnathan did a great job for us. Paint came out great and the house was left clean. Both were super nice and very easy to work with. Really was a no hassle deal. Something we all want. Good job two can. :)

Our Lanai concrete pad had an initial coat of whatever paint the builder had left over. We needed to get a fresh coat on the floor that could withstand the weather and not get slick as it rains daily in FL. Lee was great, he offered color choices and recommended an additive called «shark skin». The paint is Sherwin Williams. Lee inspected the area and gave us a fixed quote. He and his son did the job in one day and took extra care and time to prep the pad, carefully remove all furniture, cut the corners (painted close to edge not «cut corners») in with careful detail and ensured everything was double coated. The final product is beautiful! Lee and Two Can Paint are also fully licensed and bonded. The tests to become licensed as a painter in FL are arduous so do not go with unlicensed contractors. You simply will not find a better, more honest painter in the area.

Lee is very professional, ethical and honest. He gave us a solid quote and stuck to his word. Our home actually took more paint than Lee originally estimated. He stuck with his quote and did not ask for more money. Most painters would ask for more money. He also gave us some helpful guidance. Told us to go buy samples of paint and not attempt to choose colors by the sample cards. So glad we heeded Lee’s advice. Some of the colors we had previously chosen looked awful. This job took Lee four arduous days. Our home is beautiful! Lee is also licensed and insured. If your looking for an honest & professional painter with more than reasonable prices– look no further.
