Great little Mom and Pop run post office tucked away in Wesley Chapel. The staff is always friendly and helpful with whatever questions you may have. They have a variety of items to help you mail anything including a wide selection of boxes and packing material.

Nice friendly staff but very difficult to park. Wesley Chapel is growing rapidly and this tiny post office location is just not enough any more. Their services are limited and for major items one must drive to Zephyrhills.

This is by far the worst post office I’ve ever been. After living in Wesley Chapel 6 yrs I cringe everytime I have to go to this location. They are always out of postal boxes that should be in stock. I’ve been told before by an employee they are not a full service post office, but they don’t have any signage stating what services they do/don’t offer. The employees have bland personalities for being at the counter and don’t wear any type of uniform. So when they are not behind the counter you have no idea if they work there or not. It is also a itsy, bitsy, tiny building. You have to basically smell the pits of other while waiting in the line that hangs down the hallway to the counter.

Quick and friendly service! Isn’t that what everyone wants from the post office? It used to be a sub station and although parking at times can be difficult they really make up for it with the customer service that they provide.

This sub station is the worst post office I’ve ever had the displeasure of being in. I sell on ebay and when I lived in Pinellas county I sent packages for 5 year and never had one lost. I’ve had 2 lost in five months sending out from this post office. And when I went in there to find out information with my tracking number the girl started to look it up on the usps app on her phone. I said forget it I can do that and walked out. First package was damaged beyond repair, post office refuses to pay the claim on it, second package was lost for ten days and now today a day after I filed a claim on it, it magically arrived. And the Zephyrhills main post office is no help either.

Staff are super friendly, but parking and wait times are a nightmare. They also never have first class stamps available to purchase which can be a pain, but there is always Publix that offers them for sale at the cash registers. Wesley Chapel needs to build a post office to accommodate the amount of people moving to the area. While I like the staff — who has time to wait up to 20 minutes or more to mail a package?

I did not realize this was a «sub station» before getting here. I was totally thrown off by the guys out of uniform and playing country music when I walked in. They were nice enough, but I came after Christmas to track down a delayed package (after I was told over the phone to go to the post office) and my package was on the way to my house. No expectations at all set on delivery so we stayed home into the afternoon to get it. Kind of annoying. Parking here was also a little bit of a mess but likely due to the holiday issues we had this year.

This is a post office sub-​station, offering most services. Over the years, they’ve remodeled and offer more services than they had in the past. Employees are friendly and helpful, from the quiet times to the more busy holiday season. This place definitely has that small town feel, and I don’t mind stopping in to buy stamps or mail a package. Love how they work hard to take donations for the Troops and send them packages.
