They have never failed to meet our demands… even with larger parties. Beautiful, delicious, simply the best eatery in this area. Thank you.

My wife and I are well traveled. We know and enjoy good food and prefer great food. We were very surprised at the great quality of the food. Trust me! It’s awesome. The acoustics a little off, music very good. Wow!

The good: service, appetizers, entrees and salad dressings. The bad: most side dishes and the rolls. The nondescript: décor and the restaurant’s name. With that out of the way, we do like Reflections for dinner and have been there about once a month since our first visit. However, there are huge variances in quality amongst menu items. I think 2 different people created the menu — one knows good, fresh food and the other grew up on small Ohio town diner fare. That sounds odd, but eat here once, and you’ll know what I mean. Our favorites are the Shrimp Provencial app, Garlic Parm Potato Wedges app, Wiener Schnitzel, the burger, definitely the steaks, and some grilled fish special(?). The fried fish is good, too. We love the gourmet butters available with steaks! Oh, and I will repeat myself about the service — top notch. What I’d like to warn diners about(and complain to the owners about) are the sides. There are 12 entrees on the menu and 16(yes, really) side dish options, not including the side salad. Here is where the focus falls to quantity not quality. At least 75% of them are straight out bad. Too many to list, but they need to have 4 – 6 really great sides instead of 16 mediocre/bad ones. Oh, and the dry as dust store-bought rolls have to go!

I recently went here for a family gathering. The food is ok. It is good food that is casually plated. For the prices I would expect a bit more display. The prices are not horrible because the service is amazing. The atmosphere is good. The people are very friendly. There is an abundance of parking. Most people park in the back and you have to walk to the side entrance which I did not like. There was no wait and the food came promptly. The waitress went above and beyond the call of duty. She was the best thing about the place. I am going to complain about the added gratuity. This is the reason I will not return to the restaurant. My gratuity was around 8 dollars. I would have gladly given this gal 10. I however gave her what the restaurant deemed she was worth. I felt she was worth more. However what if she had not did a good job. I would have still had to tip her. I tip people on how hard they work. I tip on providing the proper service I pay them for. Had she been pleasant but a little slow she would have gotten a bit less. Had she been slow and disgruntled that would have decreased her tip. Had she not showed back up she would have gotten nothing at all. Since the food was not above average and the prices were those of Logans or Texas Roadhouse that will be my last visit. The service and atmosphere would have been enough for a return here had they not forced me to tip the waitress. ((I never mind suggested tips. I do mind you adding tips to my bill. If you want your waitress to make a certain amount of money then as her employer it is your job to pay her. It is not my job to pay her. It is only my job to tip her for a job well done))
