Love this place, just wish it was open later so I could utilize it to study. Guess the world will continue to cater to 1st shift and i’ll just have to settle for Webbs. :) Haaa Oh well. BTW grilled cheese is fantastic.

I really enjoy the staff. Only thing better is the thermos that keeps my 8am coffee hot till 5pm! Yes all those hours.

Outstanding place! Enjoyed breakfast and lunch several times and it doesn’t disappoint. I’m in love with the new iced teas. The mango flavor shot in one is my new standard for which to judge all other iced teas.

AWESOME Place to get a quick bite to eat and get some work done. WIFI is perfect and not a lot of people around to disturb you as you work. Love Love this place! If you ever need a place to concentrate and get some work done this is your place!

I had the«Fried Coffee on a Stick» which despite its fancy name and $ 5 price tag, is no more than a vanilla cappuccino with a marshmallow and a small cookie. Not worth it, unless you enjoy sickeningly sweet coffee. Otherwise the café is okay, and they have quite a few food options, free wi-fi, and plenty of seating.

The location is in a wonderfully modern space with wood finishes that create a warm and inviting space. It is bright and open with tons of windows and a layout that shows they care more about customer experiences rather than how many tables they can fit in a room. The staff was super friendly and the service was quick. The coffee was delish, and the most amazing part: FREEREFILLS.(Although the croissant breakfast sandwich is a close second.) I was here for a few hours to work, had no problem finding a table near an outlet and no one looked at me funny when I had to jump on a video conference call. The main background noise was the tunes. I’m not sure if someone was on an Alanis Morissette kick or if this place is just big on the 90’s. Either way, I totally approve. This will definitely become a regular in my coffee shop rotation.

The coffee is excellent and service is top notch every time. I once had an iced coffee prepared pour over style that was worth its weight in expensive coffee, but was not expensive. Ambience is wonderfully chill, with some nice spill over from the good folks at Epikos Church(shared building). The expanded hours have made this coffee joint a reliable go to in the heart of Stally Poo.

I stopped in here for the first time recently after a heavy snow. I’ve driven by a hundred times and kept thinking I should try it out. Finally did! First, although this has nothing to do with the products or service, it’s really really hard to get here after a big snow! It’s located at the apex of two streets. There’s street parking and a free lot across the street but, after that, getting there on foot from your car is life threatening. Between the lack of a shoveled path and no crosswalks, ai yai yai! Inside the shop, you’ll find a great, modern, open space. I wish I’d had time to drink my coffee there because it’s a really nice space. I can see reading, working, or hanging out with friends. I had my standard coffee with steamed soy and it was simple and good. I also had a breakfast sandwich — bacon and cheese on a croissant. It wasn’t my favorite meal ever, but they make them to order(unlike some of the chain coffee shops) so I was able to get a sandwich without the egg it normally comes with. I would certainly be willing to try this place again, but I think I’ll wait for a sunny day.

An example of the benefit of Unilocal.I’m a little anti-establishment some of the time and prefer to get coffee from coffee shops vs., big coffee chains. I’m not a Starbucks girl. I was won over by the pics on Unilocal of the delicious frozen coffee and the reviews that promised great service. I was not disappointed!!! This is my new coffee house, now that I moved away from my old favorite spot. I will come here again and again. The product is great. The service is great. The atmosphere is great. I’m going to bring my laptop(they have strong, free wifi) and work on my novel here. Maybe they’ll get a few cushy chairs in the future!!!

Summary: Thus far this place is ok. Atmosphere is open and with plenty of outlets. I tried the mitchell st. sandwich, but it wasn’t fantastic. I got a great, fresh half-calf bottomless coffee. Windows cover one whole side of the restaurant(view of the street) and allows plenty of light to come in, which is great for studying. Similarly, at night, the place has a nice cozy feel. Internet works fine and without problems thus far… considering there are at least at least a dozen people here using it. Staff is helpful and very attentive; they made sure my table was clean while being busy. I am a student and I am hoping to try this place for studying. It Positive: bottomless cup coffee. plenty of lighting. Negative: –closes at 3pm.

Very friendly staff! Love the atmosphere. Great food, great go-to place for studying. Food: 5⁄5 Cashier recommended the National Ave or Cleveland Club on multigrain bread. The Cleveland club had great flavors with lettuce that was fresh and crisp. The multigrain was something else! There was a lot of texture and I really enjoyed the different tastes that came with the bread. Study Environment: 5⁄5 [on a weekday night] Great place for studying. There are 3 tables along the sides of the wall; the two at the end have four outlets each. There are also outlets near some stools. The noise level is quiet to average; you can get good work in, and the wifi speed is great: D Parking [FYI] A small parking lot is is off of National, otherwise you can street park(2 hour limit). Coffee Something I didn’t get since I came in late. :(. But friends liked the Gingerbread :). I’ll have to try this in the future. I WILL be coming back!

I found the place here, on Unilocal. The photos of the deed fried coffee on a stick made me come in and want to order one! It’s a super cute place and it seemed like the manager/owner was really great with his staff. I love the décor, the cleanliness and the staff. They were really trying. It was a little busy — a Sunday morning — and a few people in front of me were new to the whole coffee shop concept and that’s ok! :) The cashier was very helpful with them and it was refreshing to see someone who genuinely wanted to make her customers visit a pleasant one. The espresso machine was on the fritz. Only one side was working so there was a bit of a wait. I can handle that and it’s understandable. What I can’t handle is paying for almond milk because I am severely lactose intolerant only to find out after I drank the drink that the side of the cup said skim milk. Not to complain, but I was in gut-wrenching pain the rest of the day. Not cool. Most people ask for milk alternatives to be healthy but for me, it’s a true health issue. After this ordeal, I don’t know how fast I’ll be to come back but I did enjoy the atmosphere. I think I’ll be back but when I do go back, I will make it crystal clear that I need a milk alternative. I’ll also watch them pouring the milk. Aside from that fiasco, it was a really cute place. They have a few«new business» lumps to work out but they’ll be fine! It’s definitely a good study place for college or high school kids.

I’ve been here a few times and I’m always impressed with it. I like the space and the drinks, but I especially like the really friendly and helpful baristas. The prices are very reasonable and the space is always very clean. That being said, it could use a few more comfy chairs, though. The regular chairs are reasonably comfortable, but the high stools are basically useless for sitting on and the very modern looking booths are too high and straight-backed for comfort.

Awesome coffee! Try the Big Daddy, it taste like a rolo. The ambiance is great for a coffee shop and the barristers are all very nice. In addition, their is also a lot of different soups and sandwiches to try. So in closing, happy sipping! Additionally, their is a lot of tables and chairs to read, study, do homework, or just sit and chat. Also, the free wifi is a plus especially, if you have your lap top with you.

The interior was designed by the owners and 360 design. Definitely worth checking out just to see the threaded rod hung countertops and repurposed barn wood. If you are looking for a free conference room in the west all is area with free refills on coffee this is the place. The owners and staff are very helpful and fun to interact with.

If I lived in this neighborhood Coffee Works would be my third place. I’ve always thought this five points intersection was really cool. The space is industrial and was designed by 360( ) — think Flux Design but less steam punk. Tolix stools, repurposed wood collages, old metal cabinet with the drawers open for coffee condiments, white subway tile, corrugated steel sheets — it’s a beautiful coffee shop. LOTS of windows, the place is flooded with light. Now to the coffee, Coffee Works serves Stone Creek Coffee and serves it well. They even have two house blends. I ordered a small coffee and two sandwiches(a ham bacon croissant and Cleveland Club(Sliced turkey, ham, bacon, WI aged cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion, & lemon-garlic mayo). Both were excellent. Nice friendly service. Coffee Works is a for profit business owned by adjacent Epikos Church.(But you wouldn’t know it from the shop or the Coffee Works website.) Spotted this place on my way in to work yesterday noticed the open sign and was very impressed seeing how it was 6:30 in the morning. Stopped by for lunch and was blown away!!! I got a Greenfield Park Salad(greens, chicken, blue cheese, walnuts, craisins, and tomatoes w/raspberry vinaigrette) «AWESOME», Beer Cheese Soup«HOTDAMN», and a Rishi Tropical Rooibos Tea(which I had never seen before)!!! Everything was great and I didn’t have to give back my first born to get it. The prices were decent. It definitely is a step above anything else in the area. The décor and ambiance take care of that all by it itself. Throw in the fact that location is prime for people watching. I look forward to trying the other items on the menu. My coworkers are pretty excited as well because now we have more than just Taco Bell within walking distance!!!
