Dr. Griffin is a great orthodontist. Unfortunately, the woman with the arm length tattoo who works the front desk is not very customer service oriented. I would give Dr griffin five stars and his rude, arrogant and condescending receptionist zero stars. They often don’t answer the phone even when they are open and don’t return your calls when you leave message.
