Ordered carryout this evening and ordered a family bucket with extra breasts. Totally screwed up the order and had to return to get the correct order. Another example of why there should not be $ 15 min wage.

Why does every place suck now!
I know this is fast food. I’m not kidding myself, I don’t expect fine cuisine at most of these places. I just want hot food with everything I ask for (plus napkins) fast and for a good price because I’m poor. Like Mike P. says, that’s worth $ 15/​hour to me. Only the food was hot this trip.
KFC, you reduced your menu to only six different side dishes so you can carry fourteen different kinds of chicken. If this is all you have and two of those sides are variations of potatoes, shouldn’t you make sure you have plenty of the ingredients to make this stuff in stock? How does KFC run out of Mac and Cheese on Sunday night? That’s bogus!
I ordered a 12 piece extra crispy bucket. Most of the pieces could be described as «somewhat crispy». Then there was a few pieces of original stuffed in and another couple that I can only describe as «extra soggy». Give me what I ordered!
One guy is ahead of me in the drive thru. How in the hell does it take twenty minutes for me to get some food? Are you killing the chickens in there? Oh no, wait, I spent ten minutes at your drive thru window, which happens to be 16′ X 10′ so I can see everything that’s going on back there, and two out of the four workers are talking and goofing around while there’s a line behind me and a guy I could see waiting inside. Can’t these workers be putting together orders or taking cash or cooking or anything but talking while I’m waiting forever? Unacceptable! At least the guy who not only put my order together but also took my cash was hustling his ass off.
That’s not saying he was perfect. My meal comes with six biscuits, yet I get home and I only have four. Why???
I paid $ 31.48 for this crap?

My Wife and I was wondering what to have for dinner, I had a taste for chicken and I thought … KFC I normally loved the chicken and the mashed potato and gravy are to die for… now to be truthful I have not been here for a while and decided to treat our selfs. First of all it to a while to get the food but the manager gave us a free small drink ok no problem. I got the food and got our food home. As we started to pull the chicken out of the bucket, the breading seemed wet and was falling of the chicken and was not very tasty. It seemed liked it was sitting under the heat lamp for a while.
The gravy seemed like it settled and they did not mix it before they gave it to me. Next time I have a taste for chicken I think I will try someplace else.

I should not be the dutchess of this place, but I am. Somehow when the Unilocal app tells me «Victory» as I check in… I feel that ruling a greasy fast food chain is far from what most people would call a victory…
… but OH MAN, IS KFC CHICKEN DELICIOUS! Employees are always nice and very prompt here. I remember KFC being cheap in the past and my mom bringing it home if she was too busy to put supper on that night and it was always a treat. Who can turn down the smooth potatoes, heartwarming gravy or savory chicken — no matter what the recipe?!?
I would like to see a comeback of the bowls they had about a year ago with potatoes, corn, and chicken. My husband tried to persuade me that it was just all the leftover garbage from the kitchen, but I don’t care. I do what I want. It’s delicious even if I get a heart attack. The most delicious heart attack of all. If I died from a heart attack — I feel like my rising spirit would have drifting away nodding that KFC was the way to go.
In all seriousness, I know this is probably one of the least healthy places I could eat and I know that a number of the items actually don’t taste very good at all — for example, the mac n’ cheese. I was happy to see this as a fairly new side option, but it leaves much to be desired. Really, just making some velveeta mac n’ cheese would be spectacular and actually resemble the taste of cheese. Despite all that, I enjoy stopping here every once and a while to splurge a little (both calorically and financially). But, if you aren’t a health fiend, I would encourage you to do the same. For me, eating here reminds me of special and happy memories with my family on rare occasions. I hope you at least enjoy it, but maybe you can even make happy memories of your own!
