I have had past experiences here that were rude as can be. Now, I couldn’t get a simple call back for a fitting following BREAST CANCER surgery! I guess a woman’s comfort and self image mean nothing to this company. I work in senior healthcare and won’t refer anyone here EVER

Just got my new, Candy Apple Red, Quickie GPV Wheelchair through Knueppel’s. Very nice people who understand the idea of customer service. They dealt with my insurance and my Doctor and made the whole process extremely easy for me. I have tried other companies that are very difficult to deal with. I am definitely using Knueppel’s from now on!
