During our home renovation we have had both pleasure and great displeasure with many companies. One of the companies we worked with has been lumbar liquidators. I did not have very high expectations for a discount flooring vendor but to my great surprise they were beyond great and a true pleasure to work with! From the initial visit to the showroom, the purchasing and pick up the entire staff was well informed and knowledgable with exceptional customer service which is hard to find. The product we purchased is of great quality and the pricing was fair to boot. I highly recommend considering lumbar liquidators for any flooring needs and will make them our first choice for any further projects for our home!

I purchased some bamboo floors from Lumber Liquidators for my home about a month ago. They two salespeople are very friendly and helpful but not pushy or annoying. They explained everything about how to deal with the floors in terms of letting them acclimate, etc. They let me wait a week to pick them up which was greatly appreciated. When I picked them up they loaded them into my truck and sent me on my way. Today, I went to return the extra flooring, which has to be done within 30 days. I thought I had actually picked them up on the 18th of May, but it turns out it was the 17th, but thankfully they let me return the extra anyway. They unloaded the extra boxes from my truck and then unfortunately my battery was dead. The store manager came and jumped my truck, which he definitely didn’t have to do. Overall great experience. I got a good deal on amazing floors, great customer service, very helpful and friendly, and they really went the extra mile.

You’ve seen the ads…“hardwood floors for less” is what Lumber Liquidators promises the homeowner. We stopped in to check out offerings for an upcoming kitchen remodel. First off, the store is very hard to find. It’s on the back side of a strip mall/former factory in ‘Stallis. We drove around for a bit before figuring it out. Second — the store is rather smaller than I expected — maybe 20’x20’ total. It’s not the warm, inviting space on the commercials. This place is pretty stark — plain white walls and florescent lights. Third — it’s wood and laminate flooring. That is all. That being said, the selection was as good or better than the superstores. Fourth — staff is helpful, but not pushy. You can take home free samples but you have to give them your phone number so be prepared for follow up calls. Bottom line — the prices ARE the best here. LL was cheaper than Home Depot and even Hobo for the same stuff. There are also periodic closeouts available which can really help stretch your budget.
