The customer service skills on all employees is horrible because you have employees walking around calling customers f%&king A**holes and piece of s**ts and thinking they know everything about everything when they don’t know anything at all. So my recommendation for every one that is looking for furniture is to stay far, far away from this company and spend it else where.
