As a newb to vaping, MKE Vape is the best. They set me up with a great starter kit and helped me find some great tasting juice. But that is nothing compared to what they have been since I bought the e-cig.
Less than 4 days of use and I was having leaking problems and discovered a rubber gasket that was out of whack. I took it in and they quickly and with no questions changed it for me at no charge. Awesome.
Then after exactly 1 week, my battery stopped working. I paniced!!! I checked to see that they were open, they were, then drove quickly to the store. The guy working the counter looked at it and replaced the battery with another one… at NO CHARGE! What!?! How awesome is that? I was so amazed and happy, I bought a five pack of coils so I could at least give them some money.
Overall my experience with the Greenfield Ave MKE Vape is nothing but perfect and recommend them whole heartedly.

Terrible. I thought the one employee was a mute until we left completely in shock from the lack of customer service, and he said bye. The other kid only spoke when asked a price. Worst and unfriendly customer service ever… not to mention how over priced they are across the board. Only one star because of the free stickers lol

I had a tank that broke and 1 month later they replaced it! These guys are great and if you are new to the scene they don’t make you feel stupid like they do at Vape 108 with that asshat «goosemon».

This place is TERRIBLE! The last 2 Star was pretty accurate, but why 2 Stars?! If I could give ZERO I would.
With so many people new to vaping, you can tell the owner — & yes, extremely rude & arrogant employees — are trying to cash in on this new trend. The counter staff are useless, owner apparently there 1 day/wk. I bought a battery and didn’t even have it for 1 week before it broke.
Took it in — 1 piece with proof of purchase — just asking to exchange. Was told ‘no’ and that all I could do was talk to the ‘owner’ (apparently the only manager, boss, anything) who’s there once-a-week.
I would go ANYWHERE but here! Buyer BEWARE!!!

Sorry, this place is a weak on every level. The selection of hardware is minimal, juice selection only fair, pricing high as might be expected in a small, local vape shop (which I generally understand), and service so lame (arrogant) as to otherwise support a ONE STAR rating.
I’ve been vaping for about two years and have plenty of equipment and a range of experiences and juice vendors… but there simply are not a lot of good vape shops in Milwaukee, so any level of knowledgeable, helpful counter people is a big deal, especially for newbies.
The owners of this place should FIGURE THIS OUT. Be friendly, be open, share information and expertise willingly and, for goodness sake, SMILE and behave warmly to visitors.

Super helpful staff, big selection! I’m new to the whole vape culture, and after being hollered at by my brother for not changing out the atomizer for a couple months, I stopped in here for a replacement. Since I had no idea what I was doing, I was happy that I was helped all the way through the purchase and the change out of the atomizer. And PS… What a difference! Thank you!

Great staff and customers. Sell good variety of eliquid and a decent amount of hardware. Might not be very noob friendly but check it out anyway.

So far so good. Grand Opening was on November 3^rd. If you’ve been thinking of trying this smoking alternative come check it out. Even if you don’t smoke and you like hooka smoking or just want a fun way to relax check out vaping. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices weren’tout of line in my opinion.
