Worst Pizza I ever had. Not only that they screwed up my order, not only once but three times. I will NEVER order from them again. Marco’s is my pizza place now.

I wish I could rate them lower then a 1. Beware when ordering over the phone. They use a call center. Even if you call the right store, the call center can screw up your address and route your order to a different store. I ordered pizza for my dad(in the VA hospital) the night of the super bowl. After 3 hours,(I understand they were busy) I got a call from a different store saying they can’t deliver to that location. I called this store back, only to find out that they screwed up.(They acknowledged the screw up.) However, they stopped delivery and there is nothing they could do. So frustrating

Rather than itemize individual occurrences, I can sum up my experiences with this Pizza Hut location by stating that product and service inconsistency and a severe lack of customer service orientation completely ruin this location for me once and for all. I could probably count on one hand how many cheerful and helpful drivers I’ve had(and not even use all of my fingers to count them). I know that their career aspirations are perhaps different than that of a delivery driver for Pizza Hut, but come on. I’m tipping you on top of paying the ridiculous delivery fee tacked onto my order. At least smile and thank me for my purchase. Management, however, is what I truly have a problem with at this particular location. Mistakes ABOUND here. I have had incorrect orders one too many times come to my door and then I have to call in to have it corrected. Never — NEVER — have I ever been given a simple apology for any mistake on their part. Ever. This is completely unacceptable. It’s Customer Service 101. You make a mistake — even if it is simply perceived by the customer to be your mistake — and you own up to it and apologize. Some companies and their employees simply do not know nor appreciate how far a simple apology can go. But, their customers sure do. It can save some serious money if only they used it correctly.

YOUCANORDER A PIZZAONLINEANDHAVEITDELIVEREDTOYOURHOUSE. Isn’t it funny that this seems so cool in the year 2011? Not sure what took so long for this technology to finally be developed but it works and it is easy. This Pizza Hut on West Greenfield delivers to my home so I put my order together on and paid with a credit card. The website is very visual with graphics and step-by-step instructions — in other words your grandma could probably figure it out. A pipping hot pizza(hand tossed chicken and pineapple) was delivered to my door in thirty minutes. I would recommend using the online ordering system.
