Safelite AutoGlass

A rock chipped my windshield. Boo. Checked with my insurance. They sent Safelite to my house to fill the chip. Well, a few seconds later the tech broke my windshield. I was not pleased. Had to pay $ 346 to get it replaced. It was easy to schedule online. Convenient to have them come to my house. I have been able to repair chips with a store bought kit in the past. If I get a chip again, I will definitely do it myself.

I was very pleased that they were able to fix my windshield after I reported an issue with wind noise after the initial installation. I called the office back and they were very apologetic and wanted to get it fixed right away. They were very pleasant to deal with and understood exactly what my issue was. I was in and out within 20 minutes and the noise is gone! Will recommend Safelite to everyone in the future.

Had my windshield replaced. There is complimentary coffee and a comfy waiting room but I meandered across the street to Starbucks to use their free wifi and get a frappachino.
Wait time was typical for a windshield replacement but service was great, scheduling was easy and happy with the final result.

When a little chip in my windshield went“ping!!” and left a crack in the shape of a smile across my windshield, I was far from smiling. So upon checking with my car insurance, i learned my deductible was higher than the cost to replace the glass. So I called Safelite Glass and was told if I scheduled my appointment online to get it repaired, I would save $ 20. Naturally, I made my appointment on line for 4 hours from the time I got on the computer. I was greeted when I drove into the parking lot, again when I went inside by the receptionist, and once more by the technician who would be doing the work. I was told my car would be done in 60 – 70 minutes. So we went for a walk. When we got back 60 minutes later, my car was done as promised, ALL the windows were cleaned and the paperwork ready for my signature. Price was exactly what was quoted, work completed on time and the smile was now on my face rather than the windshield. Great work guys! Thanks for a stress free auto repair.

You know what sucks? Having to replace your windshield.
You know what’s easy? Scheduling an appointment for repair w/​Safelite on your mobile cellular device, getting an instant quote and confirmation email, having the tech *come to you* to replace said broken windshield, drinking coffee and working from your kitchen table while the tech knocks out the whole shebang in less than 45 minutes and paying less than you’d think for all of that. Boom.
Safelite has got it down. Take note, everyone else everywhere.
Quick, easy, mad convenient and as affordable as a sucky thing can be affordable.
This was honestly the easiest adulting of my whole day and it’s not even 10am yet.

My car window was broken into last night. Last night I was able to set up an appointment online for today. I even received a confirmation email right away. They were able to replace my window in about an hour and vacuumed out the glass in the car and inside my door. This gave me enough time to find a place for lunch. The tech who did my repair even came out to talk to me. He explained I could not use my replaced side window for 48 hours to get the best results and that he taped the window button to remind me not to use it. We figured out how my window was broken into. And he reported he had noticed an increase in side window break-​ins. The price was the same as the estimate, so no surprises there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even when I arrived a little late because I’m not familiar with West Allis. The waiting room was clean and nice. My window looks good. We will wait and see how it works in 2 days. :-) I recommend them because you can go online anytime of the day to setup an appointment and get an estimate and their professional customer service.

Was in town for a family event and had a rental car. The glass got broken on my last day before I had to return it. I called them at 9 am and they had me in right away to fix the problem.
The service is the best. It’s amazing how nice the people in the Midwest are. Thanks for fixing my problem for a fair price.
The loaner company now can’t over charge me for the glass! It’s all fixed.
