Horrible, horrible, customer service. We waited six hours today for a technician to come out and fix our garage door. We called twice to headquarters to confirm they were calling during that timeframe and they assured us that they were on their way. The last time we called they told us that we were the last stop on the day. We waited and called 20 minutes before 6 o’clock on Halloween and they apologized and said that the service was canceled. It will be hard for me to try Sears again.
