This clinic has questionable practices. The receptionist«Lilly» runs the whole clinic, not the doctors. If you are not in good graces with her then you are treated pretty poorly and jerked around. The way they do their billing is very questionable also; everyone is required to put $ 200 down when going in for the suboxone program no matter what your insurance is. I found out that the insurance was paying every claim at 100% and there was no patient responsibility, yet every appointment they charge $ 200 up front. When questioning them about it all you get from Lilly is the run around and mumbling. She tries to say it’s because of the deductible but the insurance says otherwise. They also never send out monthly statements to patients, Lilly said they don’t do that there. So you have to take her at her word when it comes to what you owe. The doctors maybe good doctors but it’s hard to say because of all the funny business that goes on in the clinic. When questioning the doctors about policies of the clinic they are very uninformed and say you need to ask Lilly. If you demand to speak to the owner of the clinic, he is conveniently never there??? My recommendation is to find a different clinic if your considering this one as an option.

Its a clinic, so its kind of a free for all when you get there. It is always busy… But… The doctors here are amazing! They are a family practice and have a bloodwork lab in house. They also have services to help addicts kick addiction. They weed out the«bad seeds» who abuse the system and they genuinely care for their patients I am recovering from addiction and these guys are a huge part of my success!
