We were screwed over by the Budget Moving Company in West Allis (see that review there) and U-​Haul of West Allis saved the day! We were told less than 24 hrs before picking up our budget truck that they were overbooked and we don’t have a truck. So we called U-​Haul and they scrambled to find us one last minute for the next day! They also said we were the 6th person who called from them with the same situation! Thank you U-​Haul for helping us out and with a very competitive price too!

I’ve never had an problem renting from a U-​Haul. It’s always quick, easy, convenient, and mildly priced. The only issue I’ve ever had was from the U-​Haul on 1st street when I left my apt key in the truck door and they said they searched the truck and couldn’t find it.
The customer serivce from this place, specifically the lady working Sunday Decemeber 1st was beyond anything I would ever expect. The people were polite, friendly, and quick. The experience made my move entirely less stressful. When pulling up to return the truck, the lady was already outside before I could turn the car off. Phenomenol service from this place. In a world where customer service is going extinct, this needs to be recognized. I have to rent a truck to move, I have to go to U-​Haul because of the location/​price, if the Customer Service is crappy I have to deal with it. But yet it was amazing.
