I have been very pleased with the care at Health First-Savannah Highway. This was my fourth visit, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The PA was excellent, attentive, and knowledgeable. They didn’t try to do any extra tests, etc and got me in and out with what I needed to get better.
They offer primary care and urgent care.

Couldn’t help but feel I was treated like a delinquent by 2 of the staff one of which included the doctor or pa that saw me. I was also going off of a recommendation from a family member that said they were close with the owner. They apparently don’t call in prescriptions to the pharmacy either… Which resulted with me having to wait an extra hour for the doctor to call back after the pharmacy tried reaching them due to the fact that the one of the prescriptions had been discontinued… I then personally had to call and go through the call prompt twice before figuring out how to talk to a real person… I wonder how long it would have taken them to check that voice mail the pharmacy left? Bottom line I wouldn’t go back; and I sure as heck wouldn’t recommend it.

I called in advance to find out how much a visit would be and was told it would be $ 108. Then I get charged $ 189 and their explanation is that it is «up to the provider» to decide how much they want to charge. Seems like quite a scheme to me! The other urgent care facilities I called for prices were much less than $ 189 and I would have gone to one of those, had I known HealthFirst was going to rip me off. Try Concentra, Doctor’s Care, or Nason before going here!

Some Boston Girls visiting… heading to hospital saw this place… stopped…great service, quick, no lines, from moment we walked in the door… very helpful, thoughtful… in and out in know time… my girlfriend felt much better the next day! A++++++ and we are so glad we stopped in instead of heading to hospital (thanks for help with getting us back to out hotels too! your the best!)
