A-1 Carpet

Top notch customer service. My parents used A-​1 over 20 years ago, and now that I have bedrooms of my own to carpet, I figured I would give them a try. The owner, John, was extremely helpful. He took me around the store and explained all the different carpet styles and options. He wasn’t pushy and was happy to show me cheap and expensive options. He gave me free carpet samples to take home and mull over. When I came in to make a final decision on the carpet, John personally came to my house that day to take measurements. His prices were half of what I was going to pay at Home Depot for pretty much the same carpet. John includes measuring, installation, and basic padding in his price. My boyfriend accidentally overpaid our bill and the next time I stopped into A-​1, they had a receipt with our change stapled to it. This is an honest family run company that I would definitely use again and would highly recommend!
