Brought in my bumper for modification, they were polite even though they were very busy. Got my quote from Phil, picked it up a few weeks later. They did not meet the one week timeframe but it’s holiday season so it’s not a big deal. Happy

Very nice staff. Very knowledgable about insurance companies. Fixed my Rogue when it was in a $ 5000 fender bender. Looks brand new. Will definitely go back again.

I wanted to take a minute and say thank you for the amazing staff at Hassell Auto Body shop. I had accident about 2 weeks ago and the next morning at 7:00 am doug was waiting outside waiting for me to do all the paperwork done for me and mom since my 5 month old niece was in the car and didn’t want us to wake her up. within that 2 weeks of my car being in there they updated me and my mother through out everything. when the car was done. since i work late hours and its not easy for me to get out of work like that, I spoke with Liz and she helped me with everything. and making sure my rental got back. OUTSTANDING customer service. since i am a customers manager that is very important to me. Pick up my car and it felt like i just pick it up for the first at the dealer. thank you so much to everyone at hassell for all the work and making me a very happy
