ZERO stars!!! The management here has definitely changed!!! I walked into a man complaining about the laundry he dropped off wasn’t clean… The floor is filthy… I put my laundry bag down on the ground picked it up it to see a ton of dust on the bottom… I didn’t even think about going into the restroom… However I walked by and was smacked in the face by the piss smell ugh disgusting. This will definitely be my last time here. Beware… DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I don’t do laundromats; my washer & dryer decided to die at practically the same time, so this is all new for me. The one near my house is pretty straightforward: put $ in the machine & wash/​dry, then go. Here, you have to buy a white plastic card that you put $ on. The machine took my $ 20 but I decided to check the amt, & it shorted me. Girl fixed that. Then it runs $ 7 & $ 9.50 for the larger machines, but at only ¾ full, I don’t think it fully cleaned everything, so in the end, it cost more than if I’d dropped it off. I won’t even go into the cast of characters here… must be a better place open at this hour!

IF YOUR A CLEAN PERSON WHO TAKES CARE OF THEIR CLOTHES … DO NOT STEP FOOT NEAR THIS PLACE! LOL-​SERIOUSLY…
This place is Horrible!!! I recently moved to this area and found a different location that is only open till 11 (last wash at 9:30) that I love but on this particular night, I was late and needed to do laundry bad. I went around looking for a 24 HOUR location. In this case this place was even closer to my home (literally 4 blocks) than my regularly used location. This was the point I gave up and headed home to than find this location which I turned right into and was thrilled to find it open all night.
When I first walked in, it was very shady and the lighting was EXTREMELY DIM! But I was greeted by the night attendant who was sincere and friendly. This of course gave me a good feeling about the place being a score! BOY WAS I WRONG haha. The attendant began to talk about the place and assisted me with a usage card for the equipment (this is why I gave it the 1 Star).
I started my laundry I began to notice HOW FILTHY THIS PLACE IS (which is probably why the lighting is so dim haha, maybe they think we will not notice the garbage on the floor, the inch thick of dust on every surface or the mildew and mold that lays inside the detergent dispensers…) I tried not to touch anything because I literally was gagging!
My washing time began and I wanted to find a folding table to set my stuff down at. They ONLY HAVE 5 MEDIUM SIZED TABLE SPACES THAT WERE SEGREGATED IN THE BACK WITH NO CHAIRS OR EVEN ENOUGH SPACE TO GET AROUND. Also, The people that came in and out of here we’re not the friendliest of people many of them seemed like very shady characters and as a woman I was uncomfortable being there alone when there are people coming from the dingy bar right next door.
Once I took my 5 loads of laundry out of the different washers I used with the peeled off numbers, making it hard to keep track of which unit I used, IT WAS A DISASTER! 2 of my loads smelled funky and I found unknown stains or marks on garments as well that did not come from me but from inside the units and last but not least, ALL 5 LOADS HAD ANIMAL DANDER ALL OVER EVERYTHING! I DO NOT HAVE AN ANIMAL NOR AM I AROUND THEM. At this point I wanted to just dry them so I COULD REWASH THEM THE FOLLOWING DAY. I STARTED TO DO JUST THAT, USING A FEW DIFFERENT DRYERS. 3 OUT OF 5 DRYERS DID NOT WORK AND I BEGAN SWITCHING FROM ONE UNIT TO THE NEXT TO JUST FIND A WORKING DRYER! THIS WAS AWFUL AND A COMPLETE DUMP, I GOT MY MONEY BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY AND I WILL NEVER NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN.

A laundromat? Seriously? Yes, I’m seriously reviewing a laundromat. Normally these places are the loud dens of inequity which are home to the overworked, underpaid, and exhausted. Laundroplex is no exception.
On the plus side:
*They have TONS of machines of various sizes
*Drying is free
*Dry cleaning on premises
*4 large flat screen tv’s
On the minus side:
*Gets very crowded
*The bar next door gets VERY loud and can be frequented by some very unsavory characters
*The internet/​pc usage isn’t free any more

Flat screen TVS, free drying back in the day (dont know if they still do that), and free internet access. I actually conducted my entire job search after college off the shitty computers at this laundromat back in 2005-​06. I give it 4 stars because you have to listen to the shitty karaōke from the bar next door.

I am getting to love this place. Men’s shirts for .99 on a hanger. Drop off wash & fold and they’ll even come out to the curb to help if you you are one of those people who wait until you have one sock left before going to the laundromat.
They also offer free PC usage to surf while you wash.
Prices are decent, help is good and they haven’t messed anything up yet!
