Maxy Nails

Horrible place. Had a mani/​pedi within 20 minutes. Very rude and just wanted to push me right along. On Top of that its 24 $ for a mani/​pedi which is more expensive then other enjoyable places nearby. I wouldn’t recommend.

I didn’t have high expectations after reading some of the reviews on here, but I decided to give them a try anyway. My manicure was very quick, maybe 20 mins. There was a 10 second «massage» for each hand and she left nail polish on my cuticles. The only redeeming thing about this salon is that the manicurist was friendly.

Recently went for in for a pedicure which was done nicely. However there was a misrepresentation of the prices and I was over charged from the listed price and received horrendous customer service from management and staff. Will never go back again and do not suggest other do either.

I enjoyed the cleansing facial and collagen mask from the licensed Aesthetician. Well worth the price. It was the best facial I have ever had. It gave my pedicure and manicure a chance to dry before putting my Uggs on in this frigid weather.
There have been personnel changes. Everyone was very pleasant.

I have been to this nail salon several times since it is very close to the apartment I just moved into. Today I went to the salon for a pedicure and gel manicure with Jennifer. Pedicure was average, nothing spectacular but not horrible either. The gel manicure was HORRIBLE! Jennifer didn’t cut my cuticles she just pushed them back with nail polish remover. She was also very sloppy with the color polish. Many spots were missed or uneven. There were also bubbles on my nails. When I asked her to fix a spot it was almost like I was irritating her. I just let her finnish knowing that I woukd never come back here. It’s a shame too because I live right around the corner and would have been in every week for a pedicure or gel manicure.

Great place, clean and I found everyone very friendly. I had been going to another local salon for gel nails, they used acrylic with the gel. Maxy Nails just uses a very good gel (no acrylic added) and it last just as long. It does cost a bit more then the other salon, but not having all that acrylic and super glue on my hands I am sure is much better and worth it.

My favorite nail place! Not the cheapest place but I think priced just right for the services. Girls there are wonderful and so nice. Has great special pedicures. I like the jelly pedicure or blueberry. I would deff recommend to anyone.
