This company misrepresents as Microsoft professional to gain access to your computer, scaring you with warning alarms of virus in your computer and insisting you to phone them and intimidates against shutting down your computer. Once you obey them they would ask you to enter their access code into your system for remote access to all your files and applications. Then they use scaring tactics of identity theft through virus etc. Then they make you, the prey/victim agree to their fees to rid the virus. If you disagree to pay, they will keep the remote access to your computer indefinitely and can as a vengeance inject real viruses or do any kind of malicious acts. This company is a SCAM!!! PLEASE do not sign up with them ~ they will claim you had multiple viruses ~ which they then claim to «fix» ~ meanwhile they are«fixing» you by hacking your computer by installing SPYWARE only to rob you blind later from your bank account! BEWARE!!! Please do not sign up with them, or accept any phone calls from them ~ also check & double check all your bank accounts if they claim to offer you a REFUND!!! I hope my loss will be your savings!

My laptop started getting strange things on the screen then this message popped up from Microsoft that they would fix it. I told them I would not pay for the service and my wife had my credit cards and was not home. I kept telling them I was not going to pay. They gave me a six digit number to enter into a box on the computer(which I should not have done, but I am 70 years old, have cancer and my mind is affected by chemotherapy, also I have not been on my computer for 2 yeas because of illness so I was caught by surprise). They completely took over the computer and kept harrassing me for payment, for various 1 year, 6 month, 1 month etc. deals. I kept telling them I was not going to pay for this. Now they keep calling from 800−935−0764 telling me they have fixed my computer and I need to pay them. My wife talked to them this morning and told them I had not agreed to pay, our computer is now with our computer tech expert and this is a scam. He is threatening to «remove everything from my computer» since I registered(I guess this was the 6 digit number) and therefore they fixed it. She gave them our computer tech’s number and said if they called him(which they do not want to do) and he will discuss this with them. My tech also has the computer, said he looked at the website and it is a scam. and to report to Unilocal and BBB. I have identity protection so I immediately put fraud alerts and credit freezes on everything and alerted them to the problem. Incidentally, after my wife looked up their number on her computer, she received a pop up from them which she ignored. It is terrible that they can hijack your screen and in desperation you think this is something that will fix it but once you get on the phone with them, and you realize it is weird, it is too late. I wish I had been fast thinking enough to just hang up, but probably it was too late after the first few minutes. They may be a data recovery company but from reading the other review, it sounds like they are just con artists who can access your computer and then blackmail you into paying or your computer keeps needing work. My laptop is new, and I cannot afford to replace it so I hope my tech can take care of this problem.

This is a company that does remote access to your computer. It gave me the impression it was part of Microsoft or an affiliate of Microsofts. It is not. I was having a problem with pop ups. I was getting error messages that were frantically advising me that I needed to let this company come in and clear out the viruses in my computer otherwise my computer was going to lock itself up. I foolishly let them in. I paid $ 299 for a service that did nothing. In three weeks time the popups returned and I had to let them back into my computer. In another three weeks the popups returned again. All they want is to gain access to your system. I believe the popups are timed because I was told I needed to come back every 3 weeks to let them back in again. Well, when I didn’t, they popups returned with a vengeance. DONOTLETTHESEPEOPLEINTOYOURCOMPUTER. There are several scams that are out there using this scenario to get into your computer and into your wallet.
