West Babylon Bagels & Deli

Eh. Too hit or miss for me to be positive about this place. Maybe if they knew how to take and/​or execute an order, I’d recommend it… maybe.
Probably not, but maybe.
The only reason I’d go here is for the convenient location when on my way to work.
It’s a shame because years ago when I worked near by I was there often, and not only did they get orders wrong a lot less back then, the egg sandwiches were always perfect in every way– Not anymore :(

JUST LOOK UP AT THE CEILING when you walk in the door at the vents And then think of all that dirt going all over your food ! The place is filthy. Got coffee was going to get something to eat until I saw that. Maybe some people don’t care about cleanliness?

I love the bagels here. The staff is very alert and do a good job at handling the long lines. I love their vegetable cream cheese, it’s my favorite. Since moving to west Babylon this has been my go to place for bagels. The parking situation is a bit of an opportunity, but it’s easier to just park behind.

The place is a little dirty. Can use a thorough cleaning. The staff isn’t too friendly. They actually seem miserable most of the time. They forgot to put ketchup on my eggs a couple times. That being said, they’re the best in the area. Bagels and sandwhiches are 4 or 5 star!

I go here in the mornings on my way to work. I prefer this one compared to another bagel shop that I won’t mention by name in the area that is… not somewhere I will be going back to. But I digress lol, lines move quickly, food is fresh and they always get my order right. I love the different flavored coffees and did I say quick service? That is so important especially when I am short on time. They might not be super chipper but that’s ok by me… because let’s face it I’m not always Suzy Sunshine especially before I’ve had my coffee. They are polite enough and never rude! I once brought my son with me and the person behind the counter was very patient while he counted the money to give to her. Prices are fair as well. I’m sure I’ll be going back soon.

good bagels, but that’s as far as my rating goes. Unfriendly staff, there’s always a line out the door because their service is so slow. They seem to care about talking to eachother more than listening to the customers order. I’m always asked 3 times «what did you order?» «Was that butter or cream cheese?» «How did you want your coffee?». I passed by it today and went right into Bagel Creations up the block. Was in and out in 1 minute and my order was correct. Won’t be coming back to this dump again.

Great bagels. Good condiments.
Poor, unfriendly staff that doesn’t listen to your Order. Don’t expect much from the staff.

Awesome breakfast sandwiches !! I always call ahead and it’s always hot and ready

great bagels. what gives it only 2stars is the cleanliness factor. every time i’ve been in the people behind the counter wear the plastic gloves but keep them on while taking and giving money and don’t change them before touching food. yuck.

The bagels are great and the service was fantastic.

Anytime I visit my buddy in the area, I always hit Bagelicious in the morning. They seem to be always busy but with good reason, the can make a mean breakfast sandwich. They also have your usually deli items that look good but I seem to only make it here for breakfast.
