This was such a fun ride! I haven’t gone horseback riding in probably almost 20 years, so I was a little nervous, but the trail is very basic and our tour guide made sure we were comfortable. The owner was also very nice and I can tell he is very passionate and caring to the horses. I would definitely go again, and would highly recommend it as a nice little outing with family and/​or friends.

Located on the West Baden Springs Hotel property. Well kept stables with friendly staff offering trail rides and pony rides for the kiddos. Horses are well mannered and gentle, the trail guides are courteous and knowledgeable. Scenery (depending on the season) is very pretty. We were lucky enough to come when it was super green! Felt like I was in the Emerald City (forest version) :) We saw some squirrels and deer as well.
The grounds surrounding the stables are beautiful, views of rolling hills. You can see some of the horses out in the pasture. You can visit with the goats and chickens as well!
