Born and raised in Texas I am very picky about my BBQ. My wife and I were heading to Popham beach and she recommended to try this place. The place is basically an amazing BBQ food truck with a smoker trailer attached. We met Jeremy, the owner. We tried the brisket. Full of flavor and a beautiful bark. We next had the pulled pork and sausage. Delicious! This truck should be I Texas! Give a a try, you will be happy you did.

Stopped today for lunch, took it home. (Couldn’t resist the smell) my niece and daughter shared a pulled pork plate. It came with cole slaw, a bun, and a pickle. It was more than enough for the two of them to share. I got the brisket. The girls inhaled the pulled pork. Fighting over who was going to get the last bite. Then my niece came over to my plate and started to help me with my delish lunch. Which was more than ample to share. Lunch today was delightful. We will be back again for sure!!!
