Not too impressed. Couldn’t tell me what the repair would cost, had to come out twice because the did not fix it right the first time (which ultimately cost me more).
Can I get a ballpark on what this is going to cost? Tech said «i don’t know», How about a hourly rate? ’ that comes from the office, I think its like 98/hr, but I don’t bill” Had to ask for a copy of the service order before they left so at least I had some idea what they were going to charge me. He had to call to the office to see if they could do that. Really?
Finally got the mystery bill in the mail. He told me they put a used part (he had on hand) in the furnace, the bill said it was ‘reconditioned’. I honestly doubt that.
Never again.
