Review Edited March 52015: Cherry Berry went out of business and a new yogurt bar named Menchie’s opened. Review Posted! What I Previously Wrote: The frozen yogurt here is AWESOME! There are so many flavors and so many toppings. You can make your yogurt how ever you want with their self serve yogurt bar. You can get great deals with their rewards program Berry Bonus Bucks. Every time you go you get points on your card. On your birthday they fill up your point balance enough to get a free frozen yogurt. I deffenetly recommend going to Cherry Berry!

Being from the STL, you can bet there is Fro Yo of some sort on pretty much every street corner(OK, that is a little dramatic, but you catch my drift). So imagine our excitement when we came across this little gem in West Bend. Well, my excitement. There are so many flavors to choose from. They have greek versions, dairy free, no sugar added, low fat and non fat. Don’t even get me started on the vast combinations of toppings that you get to choose from. I mean I got the large size and there still wasn’t room! Even though I am miles from home, I can still get my fro yo fix, and for that I am grateful! If you are in the area, check them out! You won’t regret it!

Every time we are in west bend we have to stop at cherry berry! It’s a rule! Always love the different flavors and all the choices for toppings. Seating area is always clean and staff is always friendly. Could use a few more tables outside, but there isn’t a lot of room for more… that would be my only suggestion for improvement. Love Cherry Berry!

Whice came first? The orange or the cherry? Honestly, i don’t know, but I’d like to think the orange. They have 14 flavors available at a time, which pales in comparison to Orange Leaf. They do have as many, if not more toppings though. My faves that you can’t find at the Leaf: yogurt covered raisins, smores bits, chocolate covered mini pretzels… And that’s just the tip of it. The machines are slow to let go of the yogurt and what comes out is a bit stiff and it ends up making these long sticks of yogurt that drop like little poop pieces in your cup… That wasn’t great. The décor is also reminiscent of orange leaf with trendy plastic furniture and low couches. Unfortunately, it looks a little dumpy with it’s blank concrete floor. Not as cozy as the imitation hardwood elsewhere. Exact same price per ounce(45 cents), and similar rewards card point system make it a tie with orange leaf. I prefer OL for the wider variety of flavors, better machines, warmer environment, and convenience of the location. This cherry berry is one of the only yogurt shops in west bend and is sure to bring in the nearby high school students and families of the area on any given night. I will be by often as i work in the area, and it is decent, but if they were across the street from each other i would say orange leaf.
