Excellent tasting coffee, amazing lattes, friendly atmosphere & moderate pricing. I like to pay using the app. It’s incredibly quick and easy, plus you get $ 3 back for every $ 50 spent. It can add up pretty quickly if your a loyal customer who also purchases bags of their roasted beans to take home. Also their bathrooms are 10⁄10 clean. Favorite coffee shop.

My typical morning coffee run had been to the other coffee shop down the street. That was until I decided that navigating the wonky SBuck’s drive-thru lane was an annoying way to start the day. I’ve since discovered Dunn Bros., and I love it. The staff is friendly, the coffee is good, the oatmeal is great, and there is less traffic. Also, the interior is more comfortable than that of their barista brethren by Menards. Change up your routine, one morning, and try Dunn Bros.

I am a loyal Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf fan from CA, but when visiting family, I discovered this little gem and aside from the great coffee, the staff have been the most impressive. They remembered me after day two or three — and always had a treat for my little doggy. It’s rare to find baristas(and the owner), so upbeat and happy in the morning! It makes a huge difference when a smile delivers your daily cup of joe on an early Monday morning! Keep it up! Ps. The egg and sausage breakfast sandwich and burritos are fantastic too!

I started going to dunn bros about 2 years ago and they have never let me down. Great coffee, great service and the owner is on spot along with his staff. It’s amazing when you frequent a place and get the same experience each time… thank you!

Great place! Never been a huge Starbucks fan so was so happy to have somewhere else to grab a quick coffee or latte. Been a loyal customer since they opened. Owner is wonderful! I recommend to everyone.

Since there are more Truck Nuts per capita in West Bend than any other city in Wisconsin, do you think the locals affectionately refer to this place as «Git-R-Dunn Bros.»? I usually don’t make the long trek to Mom and Dad’s house without a cup of Joe. Unfortunately I was in a major hurry so stopping in town wasn’t an option. When I got into the WB, instead of rolling through the local Starbucks I decided to give the little chain a chance. I rolled through the drive thru like Tow Mater and ordered one Mocha Latte. I was so hungry I probably could of stomached some Larry The Cable Guy Tater Salad Chips, but he must have been the one to write the drive thru menu with food items such as «scones» and«pastries». This is a small gripe because I could have just asked and I’m certainly not expecting a drive thru menu board to have elaborate descriptions, but maybe a picture of a food item instead of three pics with three different coffee flavors that I don’t care about. I already had to ask if they could make a Mocha Latte since that wasn’t listed. This was the difference between buying food and leaving here hungry. I think I’m finally out of Blue Collar Comedy Tour puns. Ten years too late. The drive thru lady sort of mumbled the price and I just gave her my card, not thinking about having her repeat or getting a receipt since I was in a hurry. I’m guessing it was under $ 5 because my wife hasn’t asked why I spent so much at a coffee shop when she looked at the credit card statement. Even with the most awkward drive thru exchange ever, I got a steaming hot mocha and really enjoyed it. The drink was hot, well made and came out quickly. I’ll be waiting to get my caffeine fix more often when I’ll be heading out this way.

My initial instinct was to go to Starbuck and work for an hour but I decided to go to this Dunn Bros and ended up sitting there for 3 hours because of the great ambience of the store and GREATCOFFEE. The owner is a great guy and the location was pretty busy with a lot of regular clients walking in and I saw the owner greet most of them by their first name in a very professional and friendly way. Will always go back when I am in West bend. And Oh they have Drive Thru too with very fast service if you are just passing through.

Agree with the other posters that the manager/owner is excellent. My go to place in WB because it’s not Sbux and their coffee is superior. I refill my growler of the cold press coffee fairly regularly.

This is my go-to coffee shop when I’m visiting family in West Bend. The owner is on top of his business. seems like the employees are engaged in this little shop’s success. it’s obvious that they got great training on the fine art of coffee brewing. Tired of drip coffee from the big chains? Get an Americano which is espresso and hot water. no frills delicious! Yes they have the usual lineup of foo-foo coffee drinks too, with dairy, foam, and flavors. Whatever floats your coffee boat, they do it exceptionally well here! Oh, and this store is independently owned and operated. You get consistent quality with a local owner’s attention!

I agree with the previous review, the gentleman behind the counter is fabulous. I’m sure he’s the owner, he’s ALWAYS there. He’s very friendly, quick, and makes a GREAT cuppajoe. Take a quick jaunt off of the highway and get a latte.

Great customer service and even better coffee. I also love that they give a dog treat in the drive through. Keep up the good work. Tough location to see but easy drive through.

Great service from man behind counter. Presumably the owner or manager. Hopefully, it can stave off competition from Starbucks.
