Great store. Very well stocked. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient location for store. Would highly recommend if looking for a really nice Hallmark store.

The store is great. Good selection of cards and gifts. Nice location, however the staff is another thing. I went into the store to purchase a sympathy card. I am one of those individuals that actually spends the time reading the card to see if it matches the recipients personality, etc. I went to the sympathy card section and within seconds a older lady who was working approached me to ask if I needed help. I stated no but thank you. Now I get asking somebody once, but as I looked in another section she approached me again and asked «are you still finding everything ok?». Now I was annoyed. There is a fine line between customer service and being similar to that of a pushy car salesman and I nearly left the store but really needed to get the card out in the mail. Upon approaching the register she tried to get me to purchase an additional 2 cards (she obviously had no idea how to read a person’s non-verbals)…more annoyance. Oh vey! Great store but staff (this lady in particular) needs to lay off of the push tactics.

Surprising number of gift items. They have a good selection of cards for many ocasions and the staff was helpful but could have been a little more friendly and happy. They even now have a rewards card that I had not known about before. The staff let me know about it and signed me up for this free service.
