Knead It or Knot Massage Therapy

I have been to many… and I mean many massage therapists in my life, and I can honestly say the massage and experience you get at Knead It or Knot is top of the line. Tracy has done miraculous work on my shoulders and back and it’s clear she has a passion for her work. She truly massages deep into the muscles, rather than lightly rubbing your back, like some less talented therapists. The environment at her new location is warm and comfortable, and you begin to unwind as soon as you walk in! Unlike a previous reviewer, I have never experienced a problem with Tracy keeping her appointments with me… and I’ve had more than 10 already. She is always professional and does her best to accommodate my schedule and needs. I would highly recommend Knead It or Knot if you’re looking for a great place to have an amazing massage by a truly professional massage therapists!
