My family has been annual visitors here at Halloween time. This year there is a noticeable drop off in scares within the corn maze. Feeling sympathetic of the barn fire they endured does not make up for the loss of service they provided this season. There were far to few actors in the maze. The walk through the corn between theme buildings was long & boring. There were no actors hiding in the corn to «scare» things up. In fact we saw security mingling around in the maze almost more than we saw actors. In past years there’s been a story teller by the fire. Not this year and no actors intermingling while you endure the wait to get in. Sorry Meadowbrook, but this season I was greatly dissapointed in the value of service I received for what it cost my family of 4 to get in. You boast an «all new» maze this year. Hope you really are still in the process of pulling things back together.

It gets worse very year. But considering it used to be amazing 3 years ago, it’s still pretty good. They really need to can the props and hire more actors though. The guy that tells stories by the campfire should be getting at least 10% of all revenue from this place, his story-telling makes the whole experience. The«houses» aren’t scary except for the one that you can’t see anything and there’s an unhealthy amount of smoke which makes it hard to breathe.

HORRIBLESTAFF-CLEARLYNOTCUSTOMERSERVICEORIENTED. Was just screamed at by staff when we parked at the end of a row of cars instead of starting another row(even though it wasn’t pointed out where we were supposed to go and INFRONTOFMYCHILDREN, nice, huh). So we left but I was so upset I called management, guess who I got on the phone? The same guy who then yelled again and hung up on me. I wasn’t rude, I just wanted to complain. If this is the owner/management, it’s the worst customer service I have received in a long time. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I should also say I have enjoyed this place in the past with my children, too bad we will never go back with all the other choices in the area.

Spooktacular!!! Very organized. $ 20 will not get you in because of tax(I echo Gina here). Perhaps worth getting the $ 7 upgrade for the speed pass… we waited about 2 hours for our numbers to be called. I do agree with Cassie that the wait is all a part of the fun. I also loved what I saw of the farm itself. It was dark — but it looked like they had a nice amount of activities for the family to partake in during the day — and a great selection of gourds, pumpkins and apples all at a reasonable price. My one complaint… the Caramel Apple was NOT a tasty treat as the apple was really soft… yuck. BUT — I will be back! This was my favorite haunt thus far.

I am Terrified of Haunted Houses! I have NO Words for the Haunted Corn Maze! OK… Maybe I do have some words: «AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA» “I can’t see” «No, No, No» «I HATE Clows» «Don’t Touch Me» «&^%$%^» “The corn is so tall” «Turn the orange door knob» «We are in a Spider Web!!» «Is he still behind us?» «Stop pushing» «I HATE the Back» «I HATE the Buildings» «I can’t breath» «I am exhausted» «Tkozy…quit crawling up my back… there is nothing behind you!!» We arrived at 9pm, bought the $ 20 ticket for the maze and headed over to the bonfire to wait to be called. We got called shortly before 11pm. We entered the maze at 10:58pm and exited at exactly 11:43pm. You can pay an exta $ 7 to get the Quick tickets and enter the maze without a wait, but where is the fun in that? A Great evening with Great people! As long as you aren’t too cool for school you will have a Great time too!

It’s worth the drive to West Bend, the $ 20.00, and the 2 hour wait for their Haunted Corn Maze. Bundle up and cop a squat by the bonfire and the creepy man(Possibly an ax murder, who knows). Bring change to feed the Emu. Be prepared to wait, they’ve got pumpkin patches, animals, and snacks to tied you over. Accept the fact that you will be surrounded by teenagers, some pretending to be waaaaaay too cool for this and others making out. Just accept that you’re old and move on. I can’t remember the last time I uttered the phrase«I hate clowns»(Only with a few profanities) to an actual clown. It felt darn good! Never trust a clown. Just saying… In addition to the maze they have a great pumpkin and gourd selection, we loaded up on the way out!

Haunted Cornfield at Meadowbrook Pumpkin Farm. This place is huge! You start off by purchasing your tickets inside a little shop and from there you work your way over to a bonfire where you wait for your number to be called. There is a LED screen that shows you the numbers. Sit and enjoy the bonfire while listening to stories told by the man in charge of the fire. When your number is up, so to speak, you walk over to the waiting area by the corn. You’re in the dark but hear screams coming from the corn and different animal sounds all around. They have different animals there at the farm. There is a haze of fog, natural and man made that fills the air to really get you into the scarey fun. Without giving away all the scarey secrets of the haunted corn maze, I can tell ya it is pretty cool. You go from outside in the corn to inside little buildings along the way and back out into the corn, visited by creatures along the way. The different buildings are all based on common fears — dentist, spiders, clowns, you get the idea. The whole tour lasts about 45 minutes, much longer than your normal Haunted House tour but you pay for that time. Price is $ 20 for admission plus tax. Be aware that there is tax on everything — admission, food, etc so if you go with $ 20 you will not get in. Review in short: Great concept, little pricey, needs a bit more workers in the actual corn maze part for scares, buildings make the tour really good. If you visit — remember to «follow the clown» .“follow the clown”. Definitely check it out.
