CBM Heating & Air Conditioning

We called them this morning when our heater wouldn’t stay on, the coldest day of the year so far. They answered the phone early in the morning and said they would be out mid morning. They came when they said they would and fixed our heater, and we felt the pricing was very fair. I told my husband to make sure he keeps their card as we would use them again. They get an A+ from us, and our warm home!

We recently bought a home in Pitman NJ and had seen these positive reviews here on Unilocal and thought we should give them a try. I would urge you to reconsider working with CBM. We originally set an appointment to meet and discuss project (this is a BIG project with 2000+ Sf, and an oil conversion) and took time off work to meet CBM. They didn’t show and then when we called them-​they said they had the wrong address-​and would come that afternoon — never did. Against our better judgment, we called a week later to reschedule-​we just waited for them again for an hour and a half–
Given we’ve made plans twice to meet them at the house (we don’t live there and so these missed appointments are doubly irritating) we decided to write this review-​if you have time to burn and want to work with someone who obviously doesn’t care about customer service — then maybe use CBM — otherwise-​there are other reputable HVAC folks that DO show, that DO offer confirmation calls for appt, and DO respect your time-​not CBM.

Squeezed us in on busy day of very cold weather. Once they got there, they literally rolled out a red carpet and covered their boots from the weather. It got better from there with great service and honest advice. Highly recommend!
