Granite Transformations

I really love the product and we are very happy with it. Looks great and functions as advertised with no problems for he past 2 years. Easy install and maintenance free. Best part was the very quick install. However; the sales pitch was very aggressive and in the end the price was a bit higher that what we would have paid for actual granite. Overall very happy with the product and the company; just think that the cost was a bit too high.

We were looking to renovate our kitchen and wanted to see what Granite Transformations could do in comparison to a typical removal and installation of new granite. We had a sales representative come to our home and discuss our options. After giving us a great sales pitch with samples, the estimate came. For approximately 26 sq feet of countertop, with no plumbing work (I was going to do it myself) it came to over $ 7,000 !! We got granite estimates in the $ 2,000-$ 3,000 range, for high end granite ! We told the guy politely thank you but no thank you, and he pushed us for another hour to put a $ 2,000 deposit down. We had to push him out the door and tell them multiple times on the phone that we are not interested. We finished our kitchen with beautiful new granite, the real stuff too, not the stuff they sell, for $ 2,300 installed for Grade D. They are not worth the price and their sales people need to understand that no actually means no.

This company does tranform. Both my kitchen and master bathroom had aged 25 years. Out of date and starting to peal. I love what my kitchen looks like now. I didn’t need to do a $ 50,000 renovation. I just needed a new counter top. Granite Transformation came back recently and did the counter in my bathroom. New sink too. It looks so nice that my husband and I feel like we are at a fancy hotel in the morning brushing our teeth. I am so happy that GT exists. It helps me keep upgrading my home without having to spend tens of thousands.

We love this company. They stand behind their product. It’s been 2 years since our installation. We had an issue with the installed sink and Kevin came out and spent lots of time settling the problem of a hairline crack. Also let us know they will order a replacement sink in case this fix doesn’t work and they will come and install if necessary. Their product looks wonderful. The original work was done in 2 days and hasn’t lost it’s look a bit.
