Hired Termiguard with a recommendation from a long time friend. One of the owners came out for the estimate and was very good. Work crew came out and that’s when things started going wrong. They said the job was finished, but when I went to look for myself I found that two of the foundation vents were NOT sealed as I was assured… the work crew also broke my pull light and never told their supervisor about it. They did not put down tarps between my front door and crawlspace entrance as I was told they would do. When I confronted them about this, I had to take more time off work to have their foreman come out and fix the problems… seems to be an integrity issue. They offered no discount for their mistake… if I wouldn’t have checked then the work would not have been fully complete
