Salon Rush

I found this salon here on Unilocal!It is minutes from my office and minutes from my home. They open late a couple evenings a week. They have online appointment booking. ALL good things. But Veronika is the best thing about this salon. She matched my hair color perfectly. She was right on time, friendly and took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for. After coloring my hair she gave me a bang trim and then a super blow out. I was very pleased and will definitely be back.

Worst experience! 6 mos ago called salon rush for a price for a once a week blow out and they gave me a price on phone before I was seen, price was higher than most salons in w. b…At my second visit there went to check out and the staff made negative comments about my blow out price being to low. I was very confused as to why they complained when they had quoted that price themselves. I talked to my hairsylist Veronka about the price and she said an upcharge of 5 more would be great… I explained that my hair would be washed and ready to go every week but veronka replied we can wash your hair its not a big deal. I gave them all my other hair services In between my blowouts; hi lites, color and cut. I tipped well especially around holidays. Never was I greeted at the door or offered any water/​coffee. My hairdresser would stop drying my hair 3 – 6 times to answer the phone on same visit. later found out that veronka was the owners along with that short bleached blonde gal, they both would talk in their language around customers which I find very rude! 6 months later I decided to have them wash my hair because I was too sick to leave home with wet hair. At the check out the recipitionist asked me to pay $ 10 more than the usual, I asked why that was and she said Ill ask your stylist so Came back to state that Veronka decided to charge $ 10 more for washing my hair!!! Really when I recalled she told me that washing my hair was not a big deal… MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE OF THIS RUSH PLACE~VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, WRONG ATTITUDE, OVER PRICED, NOT BUSINESS MINDED OWNERS! BOTTOM LINE IS THEY LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER!!!

I have been a long-​time hair salon customer. They are simply amazing. It is usually very hard to keep up with red hair– but Veronika and Alina for sure know how to treat my hair.
But this review I wanted to write on their nail services. I just got a manicure there (for the first time), and it was by far the best manicure. Larisa took such a good care of my hands. The weather this time if a year does not do any good either for my skin or nails or cuticle. I left salon with such rejuvenated, smooth, clean, perfect hands so I decided to write this review.
I highly recommend getting your nails done by Larisa at salon rush.

Had a wonderful experience!!! Just moved to Michgan and found this Salon on line as one of the best rated in West Bloomfield. My stylist was Tatiana. She did a spectacular job with my red color!!! I am constantly getting compliments. Her cut was great as well! I am now a regular client. The staff at the salon is courteous, friendly and engaging. High recommend this salon.

I got a groupon for a cut, color, conditioning treatment and blow dry. Terry was my stylist. she was very friendly and accomodating. She took her time and I did not feel rushed or less valued since I was not a regular. The color came out nice as did the cut.

Looked this salon up on Unilocal because I just moved to the area. I have tried several other salons and this by far was the best. Danielle matched my hair color perfectly to the pic I showed her. She styled it beautifully. Will def be sticking with this salon!

I had a groupon and got a hair cut by Tatiana. Overall it was a nice basic cut, wouldn’t say the best I’ve had in my life but I was satisfied. The staff was very friendly and it was easy to book an appointment. However I noticed one of the stations was not very clean, and the wax machine had wax spilled all over it. Not a deal breaker but for their prices I expected more. If you have a Groupon definitely a good deal.

I purchased a groupon for this Salon. I arrived for my appointment at 5 min to 10 am and the doors were locked. My stylist was parked next to me and explained the manager was on her way. The manager finally got there a few min later and opened the doors. My stylist Tatiyana did a great job with my color and gave me a simple trim (which I requested). Very quiet place with only 1 other customer, seemed like she knew the owner. She had a kid running all around. Overall I was happy with my service and I would go back to have Tatiyana cut/​color my hair in the future.

Had a very great experience. It’s been a while since my last haircut so it was nice to get such great treatment. Not only did I get a great haircut but also great advice on how to easy style my hair with little effort.
I had some questions re coloring and they gave great advice as what would work best for me.

Bought the Groupon after searching #salonrush on Instagram and seeing a style Ellada had done. She did just as great a job on my hair. First haircut after 3 years of living in MI that I really love. Also, got a Moroccan hot oil treatment; my hairs super shiny and soft now.

I love this Salon! Veronica and Elina are simply the best. Every time I come here the ladies offer me coffee and cookies and if you are lucky they add a splash of something special in your coffee
Now about my hair… I always leave happy and they do exactly what I ask for. I get blond highlights and the end result is spectacular. My hair cuts are always fabulous and on point! I feel like a local celebrity when I step out. I look and feel so good I expect the paparazzi to greet me outside the salon.

I have never been a customer before, but decided to use the Groupon deal. Salon Rush is decorated nicely and modern. My stylist was Ellada. I asked for blonde natural looking highlights and a simple cut with a few layers. She did exactly what I asked and it turned out looking great. The highlights were done nicely, a natural color, and she put precision in her cut and styling.
I didn’t get a complete warm/​happy vibe from workers there, however, I was pleased with the service, my cut/​color, and definitely worth the Groupon price.
