I used Elite Parking Solutions for a high-​end donor reception. We were notified of construction the week before our event and Elite Parking Services was able to accommodate us on a short notice. They even took the initiative to conduct a site visit and speak directly with the venue representative to be fully prepared with knowing where to pick-​up and drop-​off guests. The staff arrived on time and was incredibly friendly and professional in uniform. They provided signage on the street, which made it very easy for guests to find the location. My contact was always quick to respond and got me exactly what I needed! This is a great company and I highly recommend their services!

I used Elite Parking for a private wedding reception event recently. Sent my info through the website and received a quick phone call back. I was unsure about my need for a valet, and I couldn’t find any online reviews to help support my decision, but setting up was easy and fast, and the person I spoke to was extremely friendly. This was a last-​minute decision and Elite was very helpful and accommodating. The person I spoke to assured me that they only send the best of the best valets – and he wasn’t kidding! Two men showed up on the day of our event, promptly, and with all the necessary supplies. They could not have been more professional, courteous, and organized. The party guests all raved about them as well. The cars were well taken care of, and everything was handled seamlessly and quickly. The 2 valets even had a great attitude when it suddenly started to downpour! We asked them to come inside of course, but they hustled to get the keys and supplies inside as well. Could not recommend Elite more highly. If you’re having a big event and are worried about organizing parking, definitely hire the pros to help. We would’ve been a mess without them! They gave me a reasonable rate and it turned out to be the best decision I made that day – to keep my dad from standing outside directing traffic all day!
